Bishop Mike Ola-Ibitoye
Michael Oluwarotimi Ibitoye was born in November 11, 1969 to the family of Rev, Peters R. O. and Mama Mary Ibitoye. Both are Ministers and church planters.
Bishop Mike was dedicated as a baby on the altar to work for God by his parents after surviving an illness that almost took his life. It was the vow made by his parents to God for his life that broke the power of that sickness and he was totally healed.
Bishop Mike stepped into full time ministry in 1989 at the age of 20 years having grown up in his father's church.

WINNING IN LIFE INTRN'L MINISTRIES
Michael Oluwarotimi Ibitoye is the President of Winning in Life International (An Apostolic ministry that has been a blessing to lives, ministries, and organizations)
Michael Oluwarotomi Ibitoye planted his first church called the Higher Ground Assembly in 1996 which he pastored till 2001.
Then God gave him the vision of this outreach: Winning in Life International Ministries, which has the mandate of raising people from the bottom to the top and empowering them to discover their purpose in other to live winning always in life.
SECONDARY SCHOOL EDUCATION
In 1984 his father enrolled him for evening Bible school while he was in secondary school where he got his first Soul Winners Leadership certificate.
His father died in 1985 while he was still in secondary school.
After his secondary school education God began to give him burden for the work of the ministry.
SEMINARY EDUCATION
He then went into Bible school training
He was picked up in school by one of the lecturers Rev Collins Boussa who mentored and fathered him into ministry.
He attended his mentors school in 1989 (Advanced Christian Training School) where he got his Advanced Diploma in Theology, Associates of Arts Degree in Theology, and Bachelor of Christian Education.
THEOLOGICAL TRAINING

Bishop Mike served at the Praise Tabernacle church, for 6 years before he moved to Lagos Nigeria in 1992 in pursuance of his calling.
CHURCH PASTORAL SERVICE
Bishop Mike served from 1994-1996 with the Grace Fellowship Centre church in Ikorodu, Lagos
Michael Oluwarotimi Ibitoye went further in his quest for knowledge into training at Word of Faith Bible Institute (WOFB1) founded by Bishop David Oyedepo from 1999-2000 where he got his BCC, LCC, and LDC (Diploma)
After this he went on to serve as a pastor with Fountain of Life Church Ikorodu branch.
The church was founded by Pastor Taiwo Odukoya. He served under Rev Sola Odubiyi the Area pastor of the church from 2003 - 2005.
THE WINNING LIFE CHURCH
He then left to plant the second church The Winning Life Church which he ran for just one year until God spoke to him to relocate to South Africa in 2006
He stepped out as an Apostle to nations to South Africa with his wife and children where he planted The Winning Life Church (A word based charismatic, Multi racial, and multi colour church) in Cape Town, South Africa, which he is still leading to date.
BOOKS & WINNING KEYS
Bishop Mike is a prolific author/Publisher, Writer, Multi instrumentalist and Singer.
He is a Motivational Speaker at both local and international conferences. His message is always aimed at helping people discover their purpose in order to live winning always in life.
He has written 6 books which are blessing lives.
His daily devotional and write ups (Winning Word Today, Todays Winning Keys, Winning Word for Ministers) are great ministry materials.
GREATER WORKS MINISTERS NETWORK
Bishop Mike has been a member of the Greater Works Ministries International since 2013 coordinating the South Africa region.
He was recently appointed as the Prelate through Apostolic Succession of the late Bishop Cecil Bradford who founded the organization.
MISSION TO THE NATIONS
Bishop Mike runs the outfit of the ministry called "Mission to Nations" through which he takes the gospel personally to different nations worldwide
INTERCONTINENTAL PRAYER QUAKES & GLOBAL MISSIONS
During the global locked down in 2021, God gave him an online vision where there was no church gathering through which he has penetrated nations.
The online has grown into several networks of Ministers online namely:
Intercontinental PrayerQuake for All Nations, Winning in Life Minister's Network, and Global Missions Coalition.
Through the Global Missions Coalition he recently held international Conference in Johannesburg, South Africa, and Hamm, Germany which attracted Ministers from several nations worldwide.
SERVICE & RECOGNITIONS
Bishop Mike has served as the Music Coordinator and PRO of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria South Africa (PFNSA, Cape Town Chapter) for two consecutive terms.
He has received several awards on his Apostolic works. Some of them are: two Peace Ambassadors from Charles Olise Peacemaking Foundation, and Dynamic Rescue Mission.
Due to his global impact and exploits in the kingdom, the Dayspring Ministry Group in Florida, USA recently awarded him a Honorary Doctorate Degree in Christian Education.
Bishop Michael Oluwarotimi Ibitoye has been through the good, bad, and ugly experiences in ministry for the past thirty four years.
He had been tested for testimony, tried for triumph, and proven for profit.

Bishop Michael Oluwarotimi Ibitoye resides in Cape Town South Africa, with his three wonderful children, from where he oversees the different ministries and networks under Winning In life Ministries International worldwide.
