*The Journey So Far #1*

When I first declared this mandate to few Brothers and Sisters then, it looked like a joke, but they caught the vision. Today all those Brothers and Sisters are great Ministers doing exploits for the kingdom.

We had our first seminar in July of 2001. I declared all God gave to me concerning David, how failures came to him, and he raised them to becoming mighty men of valour and giant killers (1Sam. 22:1-2, 2Sam 23:8-39)

Our core scripture is 1Samuel 2:8: _"He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the LORD'S, and he hath set the world upon them"_

I could still recall that first seminar, everyone was excited about this vision and new move. But after the service, we had no money to pay the photographer. As at then they are called to take pictures and they washed them for you.

We cared less about any posing challenges, but we are so passionate about helping people to discover their purpose in order to live winning always in Life

I thank God for the Ministry Team who followed without any salary or remuneration, but God has so blessed them. The most striking thing among our team is that we have been together since 2001 to date.

Winning in Life International has metamorphosized into several phases:

1. *The Ground Forces*

- These are the foundation team in Nigeria.

2. *The Air Forces*

- These are the Social Media and Online members and followers.

3. *The Territorial Forces*

- These are the PrayerQuakes. They are our principalities through which we advance the kingdom in nations.

Everything we do are centered around these forces. Hence you see us daily, weekly, and monthly on the go.. online and on-site.

*The Journey So Far #2*

People are very instrumental to the fulfillment of your dreams. There are 5 P's to fulfillment in Life and ministry.

1. Purpose. 2. People. 3. Places. 4. Provision. 5 Power. 

After discovering Purpose, which is also known as vision, you need the right People around you who are midwives to the birthing, sustenance, and growth of your purpose into maturity.

God connected and surrounded me with the right PEOPLE who gave their PLACES for us to impact souls that brought PROVISIONS to continue the journey.

We took Winning in Life Seminar to different churches within Lagos and environs. 

Thanks to these great Ministers:

- Pastor Akin Akinlabi of Foursquare Gospel Church, Olowora.

- Rev Olusola Odubiyi  of The Still Waters Church Ikorodu.

- Rev Adenusi Simeon Tolulope of The Garden of Truth Ogijo

- Rev Kenneth Maxwell First Born Ministries, Ikorodu

- Rev Abraham U Albert of Liberty Christian Center, Ogba.

- Apostle Obafemi Aboaba David of The Uncommon Church (This Great House)

- And so many churches I can't mention for space.

These great Ministers gave us their churches to run seminars.

Then we moved from churches to renting halls like: Harmony Castle Hotel, Local Government Secretariat, Ikorodu etc.

Running outreaches was not common then as everyone believed you must have a church as a pastor. But God gave us grace to pull through and grew beyond our locality.

When God gives you vision and you don't know how to go about it, look for friends that believe in you and share with them. Your vision will definitely speak as God use them to set you on your feet running.

Connections are bridges to your next level.

May God bless everyone who gave us opportunities to express ourselves to relevance.

May God bless all those who believe in helping others to fulfill their live's purpose in Jesus name.

*The Journey So Far #3*

God gave me Fathers and Mentors who helped to birth my ministry. They guided me to be who I am today.

You need superiors in your life to lift you up to their level. You need fathers that will nurture, care , chastise, discipline, and direct you. Fathers give you feathers to fly in life. If you are too big to submit to a higher authority, no one will submit to your authority.

Jesus said in Mathew 4:19 _".... Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men"_

Only followers are made. Those who don't follow remain in lack

Jesus also said to his disciples in John 14:12  _"Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father"_

Every one fathered is entitled to do greater works.

Fathers are needed in our lives because they carry graces. No matter how anointed you are, you need grace to increase and stabilise the anointing. In fact, anointing is released on the platform of grace. Fathers carry processed grace which when you tap into, release you into anointing and glory.

 God said in Deut 32:2  _"A bastard shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to his tenth generation shall he not enter into the congregation of the LORD"_

- There is a limit to which you can go if you have no father. Don't be a bastard.

Jer 7:18  tells us _"The children gather wood, and the fathers kindle the fire.."_ 

- All you are gathering to succeed are likened to wood. Only fathers can kindle and spark up the the fire.

We have so many headless heads in the body of Christ. So many prodigal sons. Some are so stubborn and are causing problems and conflicts because they lack the discipline of fathers.

Being deligent makes to stand before Kings (Prov. 22:29), but you cannot become a king until you are fathered by a king.

Adam failed in the Garden of Eden because he was made and instant adult. He never grew, was never disciplined, and he lacked experience.

But, Jesus succeeded in the Garden of Gathesemane because he was born, grew, and was subjected to parental guidance and discipline.

Watch it. Instant and automatic success can lead to a fall when the role of fathers are not in place. 

Who ars your fathers and mentors?

I want to aknowkwge the role of these Fathers and Mentors in my life.

1. *Rev. Collins Boussa.*

He picked me up from Bible school in 1988, trained and commissioned me into ministry in 1990. My 33 years ministerial journey started with him.

2. *Dr. Charles Olise.*

He made me believe in myself.. that I have a future. He imparted and propelled me into greater heights in ministry.

3. *Late Apostle Alfie Fabe*

He discovered my International Ministry. Through prophetic impartation, he released me into the apostolic and to the nations. He brought me to South Africa in 2001.

4. *Apostle Tony Olukoyede .*

I discovered how to run outreach ministry through his mentorship. By following Purpose Power International, I carved out my own niche Winning in Life International in 2001. He ministered severally in our Summits.

5. *Rev Akin Gabriel Adedayo*

I call him a father because he believed in me when I was nothing. He features me since the 90's up till present in his church and conventions and still bless me more than any preacher have done.

My understading of scriptures opened up through the training of Bishop David Oyedepo in WOFBI, 1999-2001 and writings of Dr. Mike Murdock, and late Myles Munroe. My understanding of Faith came through the writings of Dr. Fred Price and Kenneth Hargin Jnr.

Recently, I understood very well how to run outreach ministry sucessfuly through my contact with and teachings of Dr. Bola Akin-john

"No one is a self made man... every man is a bundle of some men" Bsp David Abioye.

When you are self made, you will be self destroyed.

Subject your life to Fathers and Mentors for longevity in life and ministry

May God gives you Fathers that will feather you to greatness in Jesus name.

T.E.A.M.W.O.R.K

Psalm 68:11 _"The Lord gave the word: great was the company of those that published it"_

When God gave the vision of Winning in Life, He connected me with great men and women that run with it. These are mighty men and women today. I learnt the importance of Teamwork early enough. Up till today, we have several teams working together at different locations, territories, and nations in unity.

To succeed in outreach, you MUST Build a Proper Team around You.

Team work is a major factor to success in any venture. Those who don't associate end up stranded.

TEAM is called: Networking, Association, Relationships Partnerships, Connections.

The only net that work these days is networking. People in the business world have discovered this and are making profit from it.

Jesus had a team of 12 disciples who later became apostles and they touch the world.

A wise man said:

'If you want to go FAST, go alone, but if you want to go FAR, go with others.

T.E.A.M is an acronym: Together Everyone Achieves More.

Another word for Team is circle of connections. Everything that exists live on the platform of connection.

Connections are Helpers of Destiny  They are bridges to your next level. 

Man is a network of bones, veins, blood, and all the body systems. If the body is removed from the bones, man is a mere skeleton.

It takes collection of blocks to build a house. It takes collection of trees to produce a forest. It takes a man and a woman to make a family.

Nothing exists by isolation.

Until your life is connected, your capacity will not be maximized. It is your connection that determines your collection.

Until you are well CONNECTED, you will not be well CONTACTED.

Lone rangers suffers loneliness. Self made people are self destroyed.

You determine who you are going to let into your team to succeed in life

_"Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up"_ Eccl 4:9-10

Treasure those around you. You may not know the value of some people until you lose them.

Thank God for the Winning Team in Nigeria. I call them the Ground Forces. They worked tirelessly at inception to ensure Winning in Life keep excelling.

MISSION TO NATIONS

One of the modes of operations of Winning in Life International is Mission to Nations. When God gave the mandate in June 2001, we were so passionate to bless lives. There was no expectation of monetary reward from anyone. Our joy then was to just go from place to places, churches, communities just to impart lives. Most people saw us then as people without future. 

Our passion locally was "Mission to Nations". Today we see it growing beyond bounds. 

The greatest thing that sets me on my feet is missions. I sleep, dream, and live Missions.

If God calls you, He has so much for you to do. People may not understand you, but keep pursuing your assignment. 

_"Let every man abide in the same calling wherein he was called"_ 1 Cor 7:20

If you pursue people, you will end up in disappointments, frustrations, and intimidations.

Let no one define your life for you.. discover your purpose and follow it... You will surely become a reference to people tomorrow. 

I set out on Missions to South Africa first in 2001, then finally in 2006. The mission to South Africa has spread to other nations of the World. It has given birth to several outlets: Online weekly outreaches, International Summits, church planting, PrayerQuakes in nations, and transformation of lives.

Global Missions is the hearbeat of God. The last command Jesus gave was the spreading of the gospel of the kingdom in all nations before the end of the age.

We are glad to be part of what the Lord is doing globally. You too can be part of the global assignment of touching nations for Christ.

May the Lord open unto us avenues to touch souls globally.

I pray that the passion and fire of world missions be ignited in our hearts in Jesus name.

We are going to record more victories shortly as God opens new doors to the nations to us.
